Return Policy

We only accept returns on new, unopened items, defective items, or items sent in error by us. You may return any new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Chef Dario™ Enterprises within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the item(s). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect in the item(s). We pride ourselves on getting the delivery right the first time, but mistakes can happen, and we aim to quickly resolve the problem in these rare instances.
